FOCUS generate appointment & promote customer retention JOB DESCRIPTION: -Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers -Sets minimum of appointments per month based on objectives established by management -Handle all incoming internet leads and sales calls -Make and recieve a high volume of phone calls daily to SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR SALES/SERVICE -Confirm all appoinments scheduled through the department -Communicate with previous customers and new prospects to identify vehicle needs -Build rapport with customers to establish repeat and referral business -Handle all incoming Internet Leads and sales calls and provide customers with information needed to convert them to appointments -Creativly prospect to new clients through campaigns & social media JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Great customer Service Skills & Motivation to be successfull -Excellent phone presence -Strong Computer & Phone Skills -Be able to create and maintain customer relationships -Prior Sales Call Center or BDC Experience preferred -Great Communication and Multi-Tasking Skills -Ability to identify and overcome objections -Possess time management skills and be able to work independetly -Automotive knowledge/experience preferred but not required -Excellent follow up skills -Professional Appearance BDC members will be required to handle all incoming Internet Leads and sales calls as well as market continuously through Manifest list customer/orphan owner data bases lead providers campaigns and social media with the main focus of appointments continuously scheduled for the Sales and Service Department. Competitive performance-based pay with additional commissions based on customers converted to showroom visits and service appointments number of vehicles sold and other contributing sales factors.
